What happens when you contact us?

If you phone our Helplines, your call will be answered by one of our experienced staff members who will always keep your information confidential and you can call the Helpline for yourself or for someone else if you’re concerned about them.

You can call at any time, on any day of the year but if for some reason we can’t take your call, you can leave a message and contact number and we will call you back.

You can also contact us by email. This will be picked up by one of our experienced staff members who will get back to you as soon as they can.

We listen to you; you can ask for help or advice. We can point you in the direction of useful services or if you would prefer to meet with us face to face we’ll arrange for this to happen as soon as possible.

If you live outside the Greater Glasgow/Edinburgh areas, we’ll help you find an agency that can help in your area.
