About Jack Black and Mindstore
Jack Black, an internationally renowned Personal Development Coach, Author, and Leader, founded Mindstore in the 1980s after a transformative career in social work in Glasgow. Witnessing the devastating effects of stress on his colleagues and himself, Jack dedicated his life to developing techniques that help manage stress, improve mental wellbeing, and unlock personal potential.
