Complaints

We are committed to delivering the best responses we can to the people we support, their families and all the partners and agencies that can create and enable positive solutions for people. Occasionally we get it wrong and it's important for us to learn from that so we don't ever make the same mistake twice which is why your feedback and comments are welcomed in helping us to always improve.

It's important to note that we are regulated by the Care Inspectorate, our staff are registered with the Scottish Social Services Council and many of our services are commissioned by the Local Authority so if you felt you wanted to contact any of these agencies directly about our performance you are able to do so.
