Nightshift Support Workers will provide positive practical and emotional support to people who use the service throughout the night. This support is person-centred and focuses on being there for people and ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout the night.

  • To help provide person-centred, practical and emotional support to people who use the services, throughout the night such as 
  • Lead on a shift in a lone working environment
  • Maintaining contact through the night with the other night shift workers across our other Glasgow locations.
  • To maintain accurate records and case notes within our established system and provide an appropriate handover to day shift staff.
  • To carry out any other duties appropriate to the position as required and/or at the discretion of the Service Leader.
