Your donation will help us provide and develop safe places and support for people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

How to Donate

Online Donations

Visit our Just Giving page, you don’t need an account to donate – just a debit or credit card. You can also create a fundraising page for any event you might be doing to support our work.

 

Donate by Cheque

To donate by cheque send your donation to:

Please make your cheque payable to: Simon Community Scotland.

 

Please include a note stating whether you are a UK taxpayer and if you’d like to have gift aid applied to your donation. Gift aid allows us to claim tax back on the money you give us. If you want to learn more, you can visit HMRC’s website.

Gift in Your Will

Leaving a gift in your Will has a positive impact on people affected by homelessness – it allows us to make longer-term, more robust plans. We would appreciate any financial support you can offer. Would allow us to buy some basic essentials to support someone into emergency accommodation - a safe place for a night or longer.

Would help us provide A Safe Place welcome pack (fresh pyjamas, tea, coffee, snacks and toiletries) to welcome someone into one of our safe places - a supported accommodation service.

Would support us to provide A Safe Place winter essentials pack (£5 worth of toiletries, £10 of food vouchers, £15 scarf, hat and glove set, £20 jacket) to someone experiencing homelessness who we are supporting.

Could provide hot food, dry warm clothes and a night in safe accommodation for somebody who desperately needs it.

Would help us provide A Safe Place, support and care to 5 people tonight.

Would allow us to run one of our We See You/Women's Support Groups at one of Edinburgh/Glasgow Hubs for up to 12 people.

Would allow us to provide A Safe Place and support to a woman experiencing homelessness for 1-week.

Would provide a “moving in pack” to make an empty house a safe place - home

Would allow us to fund devices, data & training for 17 people through our digital inclusion programme. Keeping people safe and informed.

Would allow us to provide A Safe Place and support for 10 people experiencing homelessness for 1-week.

Would provide 10 'moving in packs' to turn 10 empty houses into safe places - homes.
£50,000+
Would allow us to buy A Safe Home for someone who has been experiencing homelessness and who is ready to move into a home of their own with our outreach support.
