Nancy is a Quality Assessor with Skills Development Scotland, Scotland’s national skills agency. A Chartered Manager and qualified European Foundation for Quality Management assessor, she has spent many years supporting businesses to continually improve their services by identifying what they do well and how they can deliver even more amazing things for their customers.   With a degree in Social Administration and a background in public sector policy and strategy, Nancy has led employability programme developments and implementation, vocational training programmes and economic development initiatives. Nancy also has an MA in Music, and in her spare time, she is active with local music groups, swapping a computer keyboard for a piano keyboard. She has a strong interest in how music connects people and supports positive mental health and well-being. Anyone for a song?
