Rebecca Worrell led Scottish Government communications, delivering behaviour change and awareness raising campaigns to help Scotland flourish and become a safer place to live. She managed large and small budget campaigns on complex topics such as Human Trafficking, Child Sexual Exploitation, Road Safety, Fair Work for Disabled People and Home Energy Scotland.

Rebecca leads the strategic and operational management of the Community Justice Scotland Communications Team. Heading up the development of campaign and communication strategies with the aim of changing the conversation about community justice in Scotland. She oversees all aspects of the team including social marketing campaigns, brand, social media, digital comms, marketing insight and research, press, media and PR and stakeholder communications. She currently is a mentor to several college students and young marketers.
