Our sector-leading Hubs are places where anyone experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness can drop in for information, advice, care and support
This can include help with benefits, health, finances, legal advice, access to the digital world and more.
Our Hubs are intended to be one-stop shops, saving time and making it much easier for people to get the support they need, under one roof. Time matters.

The number of people looking for support is rising
Our Glasgow Access Hub and our Edinburgh Support Hub provide 1,000+ supports every week to people experiencing homelessness.
Siobhan Page, Service Lead at the Glasgow Access Hub, said:
“Our Hub is a safe and warm place for people to come for all kinds of practical and emotional support. We always listen to what people need and want. In addition to our drop-in support, we have a weekly programme where people can have access to healthcare professionals, dental checks, vets, barbers, harm reduction advice and lots more. I’m also delighted that we have a partnership with the City of Glasgow College and that has been so beneficial and brilliant to see people we support access education and achieve qualifications.”
Michael is someone who has used our support for many years. He’s experienced some really difficult life situations, including the tragic death of his partner. Our Street Team initially connected with Michael when he was living on the streets. Recently, we’ve been delighted to support Michael as he moved into his own permanent home.
Michael still visits our Access Hub for support with different day-to-day needs:
“There’s people who will help you with everything you need help with. There are different spaces to go to in The Hub for a chat. The support has been phenomenal. The staff have been so supportive. I come in all the time. I praise this place. Honestly, see if this wasn’t here, I don’t know where I’d be. I’d probably be dead, that’s the truth.”
This is why we do what we do
We want people to feel more secure and confident. We want things to be easier for people who have experienced trauma. We want people to have what they need to shape the life that they want.
Every day we see how amazing people are. We are proud to be able to provide company, expertise and support as people face and overcome difficult situations.
