Supported and Emergency Accommodation
Supported and Emergency Accommodation
Everyone deserves a safe place to live. We're proud to be housing and homing people every day and every night in our supported and emergency accommodation in Edinburgh, Glasgow and North Lanarkshire.

A safe place to be
Every person experiencing homelessness has a story to tell. We know that trauma is often at the heart of these stories. All our support is trauma-informed and that is why supported accommodation matters.
We all need people to talk to when we're experiencing difficulties or are trying to navigate tough situations. We need people who care, will stick by us and help us find a way to a better future.
We take time, we make time
Each of our supported and emergency accomodation services includes wrap-around support. This means we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
It is relationships that matter most. We take time to get to know every person we support – so that we can tailor our services to what each person needs.

Safe places and support
Our 10 supported accommodation services can accommodate 83 people who are experiencing homelessness. 27 people can be supported in our two emergency accommodation services at any one time. Our services are nearly always at capacity.
Glasgow
- We have five supported accommodation services in Glasgow – some flats and rooms in shared living spaces for both men and women. This includes our groundbreaking Managed Alcohol Programme.
- We have a 15 bedroomed townhouse ( en suite bedrooms and communal living areas) for women needing emergency accommodation.
Edinburgh
- We have a supported accommodation service in Edinburgh
- Working in partnership with City of Edinburgh Council and Cameron Guest House Group our team run a 12-bedded emergency accommodation service for women. Our Street Team has direct links to this accommodation, ensuring that they can immediately refer women into this safe place as quickly as possible.
North Lanarkshire
- There are four supported accommodation services in North Lanarkshire. Two of these consist of rooms for men, with communal spaces in a shared home. There are also some flats (for men) and bungalows (for women) that enable more independent living while still providing 24hr support as needed.
