Tom Bennett is interested in scaling-up housing-led approaches to ending homelessness such as Housing First and rapid rehousing. Currently leading large development schemes in Brighton, Bristol, Edinburgh and London. 

Tom has experience of property investment, finance and housing development. Tom previously ran the housing investment programme at Big Society Capital, which provides seed capital for investment into charities and social enterprises in the UK.
