Annual Leave 35-38 days
When you join us you will receive 35 days of annual leave which rises to 38 days after 5 years.
Wellbeing Days
In addition to annual leave, all frontline staff have an additional two wellbeing days to use as they wish.

We provide access to Mental Health First Aider support as well as six free counselling sessions, provided by an external agency.

We have an excellent Occupational Health service that can provide you with a very personal and detailed consultation for up to one hour.
Sickness
After 5 years of service, you'll be entitled to 6 months full sickness pay and 6 months half pay.
Hospital Saturday Fund
One of the leading health cash plans in the UK and Ireland, this provides a wide range of health benefits to help you cover the cost of everyday health care for a very low cost (from £1 per week). It covers things like dental check-ups and treatment, eye tests, glasses and contact lenses, physiotherapy and osteopathy.
