We have been working towards securing an LGBT Charter where we will soon be able to evidence that we are an organisation that champions LGBTQ+ inclusion where LGBTQ+ employees and people we support will be safe, supported and included.

Our LGBTQ+ Champions network aims to foster a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where every individual is valued and respected. We are committed to empowering our community through education, advocacy, and active support. By listening to the voices of all, we strive to uphold human rights, promote understanding, and create a workplace where everyone feels safe, protected, and valued.
